INHP offers several classes that can be taught on-site at your facility. Provide your company or organization with the opportunity to learn more about personal finances, bugeting, homeownership, and financial planning.

Financial education benefits employees and employers. Research shows that financial stress impacts the workforce and that approximately 15% of America's workers experience financial stress. It's stress that can negatively impact workers’ productivity. Education is the best tool to help people get back on track,  therefore reducing stress and improving productivity.

Money Management
Description:
Designed to provide tools that promote successful money management. This course will provide a positive financial foundation for both personal and professional development.
Participants:
Adult learners. Great for employers to offer as an employee benefit.
Class length: Can be customized from 1-3 hours
Minimum Class size:
5


Home Buyer Education
Description:
 Geared to provide a basic understanding of what to expect during the home buying process. Helps people work to develop realistic goals, understand the impact of the decisions they make, prepare financially for homeownership, and build long-lasting relationships with industry experts.  8 Hour HUD-approved class.
Participants:
First-time home buyers who are approved by a lender or will soon close on a home--but it's also a great class for those who simply want to brush up on their home-buying knowledge and learn about current trends.
Class length: 8 hours - Can be customized in modules
Minimum Class size: 10


Successful Renting
Description:
Tailored to help people understand the business relationship between landlord and tenant and how to become successful, stable renters. This, in turn, helps lay the foundation for successful homeownership, if desired. 
Participants:
Current renters, students preparing to live on their own, and transitional housing tenants
Class length: 2 hours
Minimum Class size: 10


Preserving Your Investment
Description:
Focused on topics that help both new and existing homeowners manage their most important asset: their home. Covers budgeting after homeownership, maintenance and early intervention to prevent default.
Participants:
New and existing homeowners
Class length: 3 hours
Minimum Class size: 10


Financial Planning 101
Description:
 Designed to provide an introduction to basic financial planning concepts and provides instruction on making the best use of current resources.
Participants:
This class is geared for those who want to look ahead and plan for long-term financial needs.
Class length: 2 hours
Minimum Class size: 10

Cash Control
Description:
 You control your money, not the other way around. This course provides five steps to help you understand your money and how to make your income--big or small--work for you and your goals. 
Participants:
This class is geared for anyone who wants to better understand budgeting and how to prioritize spending.
Class length: 1.5 hours
Minimum Class size: 10
