Norma's favorite part of her job as a Homeownership Advisor is being able to help families who might not have the most money, but are extremely committed, become homewoners.  She has been helping families achieve homeownership as an INHP employee since 1998. When not at work, Norma enjoys spending time with her family.
 


Andrew Crecelius

Andrew brings an understanding of the unique challenges that many Spanish-speaking clients face in their journey to homeownership, and enjoys working closely with those clients to help bridge the gap that language barriers can create. He joined INHP in the Fall of 2009.

Andrew entiende los retos específicos a los cual se enfrentan los clientes hispanohablantes en su camino hacia la compra de una vivienda, y disfruta de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para salvar la distancia que una barrera lingüística puede crear. Se unió a INHP en el otoño de 2009.



 

 

Chris Ragland
Homeownership Advisor

A Certified National Housing Counselor, and a member of the National Housing Association of Housing Counselors and Agencies (NAHCA), Chris has been with INHP since 2004.  He enjoys bike riding, reading, playing golf, and listening to a variety of music.  Chris's favorite part of his job as a Homeownership Advisor is seeing individuals and families make changes in their financial habits for the better, allowing them to decrease debts, improve credit, increase assets, and ultimately achieve the goal of homeownership.




Laurie Jones
Homeownership Advisor and Trainer

With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit industry, Laurie has worked in the credit counseling arena since 1988 and she joined INHP in March 2009. Laurie is a state certified Pre-Purchase Housing counselor and is the INHP Program Liaison bridging INHP’s education and counseling programs. Laurie enjoys time with her family, is involved in the community, and loves to travel and go to the movies.

 

Palak Effinger
Senior Homeownership Advisor

Palak enjoys working with clients to help them on their path to homeownership. She has been with INHP since 2006 and has enjoyed working in many departments at INHP ranging from the Single Family Lending Department and Client Services Department. In her spare time, Palak likes spending time with family and volunteering.


Deb Kish
Homeownership Advisor

Deb started at INHP in 2009 in our Single Family Lending Division as a Loan Processor. She has more than 20 years experience in assisting clients in the financing of safe affordable housing. She is very passionate about her role in helping others become financially responsible in preparation of homeownership. She strives to make a difference in the lives of others and loves animals, nature, cooking, hiking, meditating, reading, traveling and spending time with friends, family and her pets: Dozier and Mia.
