It can be difficult to save for a home. The trusted experts at INHP are here to help. INHP offers up to $5,000 in down payment assistance funds to qualifying homebuyers* who choose to finance their home with an INHP mortgage product. Down payment assistance funds may be used for closing costs and other pre-paid lending expenses like homeowner’s association dues or insurance.
