Save time and money — and live close to work. As part of the Anchor Housing program, benefits-eligible full-time employees can access down payment assistance to buy a home or funds to pay for home repairs.
GET HELP FINANCING YOUR HOME
Buy a home within either of the two designated program areas, and you may qualify for down payment assistance.
If your household income is at or below 120% of the Area Median Income, you may qualify to receive down payment assistance funds to buy a home in either of the two designated program areas.
If your household income is above 120% of the AMI, you may qualify to receive an incentive for purchasing a home located within the smaller of the two designated program areas below only.

INHP’s Mortgage Accelerator program helps you own your new home in as few as 20 years without a high interest rate or high monthly payment.
MAKE HOME REPAIRS
Employees who already own a home within the smaller of the two designated areas shown below may qualify for funds to improve your home’s exterior. Qualifying repairs may include siding, roof repairs, replacement windows, gutters and more.

PROGRAM DESIGNATED AREAS
Buy a home within either of the two designated program areas, and you may receive down payment
assistance (AMI income restrictions apply). If you already own a home within the smaller of the two
designated areas, you can use Anchor Housing funds to make exterior home repairs.

The program is first-come, first-served. A limited number of forgivable home purchase loans or forgivable home repair loans are available.* Individuals may only participate in the program one time.
HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE & ADVISING
