Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership

In partnership with the Indy Chamber, INHP helps employees purchase or repair homes close to where they work. These employers, called Anchor Housing Partners, represent organizations in education, health and the arts in Marion County. Program benefits include down payment assistance funds and home repair loans.

The Anchor Housing Program enables employees of partner organizations to save time and money while living close to work. Specific benefits and loan amounts awarded vary by partner organization. Individuals may receive up to $15,000 in home repair dollars or up to $30,000 in down payment assistance funds.
