GENERAL LENDING GUIDELINES

Borrower's total household income cannot exceed 80% of HUD's Area Median Income (AMI), unless the property is located in a low- or moderate-income census tract (LMICT).

Household income may not exceed 120% of AMI when the subject property is in an LMICT.

Other eligibility requirements apply, including successful completion of INHP's Homebuyer Education and a positive 12-month rental payment history.

Estimated loan terms are based on a $200,000 purchase price, $200,000 loan amount (or 0% down), 5.586% interest rate (5.842% APR), $1,146.39 monthly principal and interest payment for 360 months. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. A 580 minimum credit score and other qualification criteria required.
