WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
Be prepared to share financial, identification and insurance documentation. NOTE: More documentation may be needed in addition to the list below.

- Valid photo ID (Driver’s license, state ID, passport)
- Tax returns
- Employment information
- Six (6) months of checking account statements
- Three (3) months of savings account statements
- Three (3) months of virtual wallet account statements
- Pay stubs from the most recent 60 days or other income documentation if applicable (Note: Income information will be required from ALL household members.)
- Debt documentation
- Homeowner’s insurance declaration page
- Property tax statement
- Most recent mortgage statement


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
In general, expect a 45- to 60-day period between the time you register at INHP.org, get approval, and start your repairs. Be prompt in your responses!
The approval process typically takes 30 days within this period. Once you are approved, repairs can begin.
HOW DO I SELECT A CONTRACTOR?
You may find and choose your own contractor as long as your selection is licensed, bonded and insured. INHP’s rehab administrator can help you find contractors to provide quotes for the work.
