INHP strengthens leadership with strategic new hires and key promotion

INDIANAPOLIS (March 12, 2026) – To support its mission of increasing affordable and sustainable housing opportunities, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) is strengthening leadership through strategic new hires, a key promotion and welcoming new members to its board of directors.

“We are excited to welcome new and tenured staff into unique roles at INHP,” said Gina Miller, president and CEO of INHP. “Each of these team members brings necessary talent and experience for strengthening programs and services spanning INHP’s Consumer Solutions and Community Solutions.”

Maggy Staab has been promoted to director of consumer engagement, where she leads the implementation of INHP’s new content management system and additional system enhancements, and continues to enhance INHP’s service delivery efforts and customer-focused processes. Staab is a HUD-certified housing counselor and previous assistant director of homeowner development at INHP. She has been with INHP for more than 10 years.

Agnes Theodossiou is the new director of community investments, leading community lending, property acquisition and management, and business development strategies to advance affordable housing production. Theodossiou oversees INHP’s loan underwriting and portfolio risk, guides strategic property identification and management, cultivates key partnerships and develops new programs. She has an extensive background in community and commercial lending, most recently as senior director of lending and coaching at the Indy Chamber.

Isabel Schlebecker joins INHP as education and advising liaison for homeowner development, where she provides education tools and homeownership advising services to clients, guiding them toward the goal of successful homeownership. Schlebecker is the primary trainer for INHP education classes and works with clients to identify and remove barriers that impede them from obtaining mortgage financing. She most recently served as a program analyst for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Megan Wagoner joins INHP as the new board relations and executive operations manager, reporting to President and CEO Gina Miller. Previously, Wagoner worked with more than 130 board members as the deputy director of The Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee.

Additionally, INHP welcomes two new members to its board of directors, Shelly Specchio, CEO of MIBOR REALTOR® Association and Joe Bowling, executive director of Englewood Community Development Corporation, and one new advisory member, Brandon Taylor, executive director of LISC.
