Want to own a home but not sure if you're ready? Maybe you need a little support on your journey? A new partnership between IPS and the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) is making it easier for you to get expert advice and guidance you may need to help you achieve your homeownership goal.
But first, let us explain how this partnership will work. RSVP to attend one of the informational sessions listed below. During the session, you'll learn all about INHP's trusted, unbiased and supportive homebuyer preparation programming, and how we'll bring it onsite throughout the IPS district to serve you. We'll also share the next steps you'll take to complete the registration process.
