View Your Perfect Home First through INHP’s First Look Program

The opportunity to view and purchase a home before it is publicly listed is just one perk of working with INHP. In a competitive market, being among the first to see a home can mean being first to submit an offer. INHP’s First Look program provides qualified homebuyers with the chance to view and purchase INHP-developed new or renovated affordable homes before they are publicly listed.  

The program is available to homebuyers who are preapproved for a mortgage through INHP or with one of our lending partners. Current opportunities include four homes under construction in northeast Indianapolis by United Northeast Community Development Corporation (UNEC), two of which are expected to be completed in December 2026 and the other two in January 2027. Additionally, there are two new homes under construction in Beech Grove, slated for completion early 2027.  

Homes available through the First Look program often sell quickly because of their modern designs, quality construction and affordable price-points. Fortunately, new homes are added regularly, so prospective buyers should check INHP’s website often.
