We invite you to join us

During INHP's annual Community Breakfast, we come together to celebrate home and what it makes possible for families in our city. Together, we will:

  • Celebrate the power of home - Be inspired by firsthand stories from homebuyers and partners whose work and commitment strengthen neighborhoods and create places people are proud to call home.
  • Explore the state of home in our community - Gain fresh insight into the evolving landscape of affordable housing and connect with others working to expand access to home.
  • Make an impact together - Help fuel programs and services that open doors to homeownership for more Indianapolis families.

Additionally, thanks to the generosity of First Internet Bank, any donation made to INHP during the breakfast will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $20,000 in total. If you are inspired to advance affordable housing strategies in Indianapolis, consider helping us reach this goal.

(National Community Stabilization Trust)

Christopher J. Tyson is President of NCST (National Community Stabilization Trust), a national nonprofit advancing affordable homeownership and neighborhood stabilization. He leads the organization’s strategy, operations, and national partnerships, aligning policy, capital, and practice to expand access to sustainable homeownership. Under his leadership, NCST has strengthened and expanded its capital deployment strategies, advanced a modernized federal homeownership policy agenda, and launched a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to finance mission-driven developers revitalizing distressed single-family housing markets.

Prior to NCST, Tyson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Build Baton Rouge, the city’s redevelopment authority and land bank. There, he led an institutional transformation and secured more than $50 million in federal, philanthropic, and private investment.
