Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership

INHP’s 2018 Annual Report is out now

This time last year, clients such as Taryn and Carol started to take advantage of our new and innovative loan programs. We also were busy selling the 29 single-family homes we co-developed with community-based partners in three neighborhoods. These efforts and more are featured in INHP’s 2018 annual report.

In our latest report, we share how we’re impacting the supply of and demand for affordable housing in Indianapolis. We employ six key strategies to support these efforts:

  • How INHP builds the DEMAND:
    • Homebuyer Education, Advising and Lending
    • Home Repair Loans
  • How INHP creates the SUPPLY:
    • Specialty Consumer Lending
    • Commercial Lending
    • Direct Investment
    • Grants

We’re proud of our innovative and data-driven response to the housing needs of our city and community, and we are honored to work alongside many diverse organizations and individuals committed to making Indianapolis a place we are proud to call home.
