Joe Hanson speaks to FOX 59 about affordability challenge

On October 5, FOX 59 aired a special report on housing affordability challenges for Indianapolis residents. Joe Hanson, executive vice president of strategic initiatives, was fortunate to have a voice in the segment to explain some reasons why this is happening. He points to stagnant wage growth, the sharp rise in the median home sale prices and the underbuilding of homes in the market.
