Kim’s Homeownership Journey

Kim’s homeownership journey is defined by perseverance and determination. She wanted a safe and stable place for her blended family to live and worked hard to reach that goal.

After hearing about INHP on the radio, Kim connected herself to an INHP homeownership advisor. Kim worked diligently through the Homebuyer Preparation Program and learned effective ways to manage her money so she could qualify for a mortgage. She even took advantage of a special matched savings account that eventually boosted her down payment savings.

When she was ready to buy, her INHP mortgage loan originator offered her an innovative mortgage program called the Market Expander, which enabled her to responsibly expand her home price point. It was one of the most important decisions she made to reach her goal.

Now settled, you’ll find Kim and her family cooking together, playing outside or keeping close watch over their puppies. Kim wants to instill in her children a sense of responsibility and pride in homeownership so they can be homeowners one day, too.
