Employees who live outside of Marion County and buy a home anywhere inside Marion County may qualify for $15,000 in down payment assistance. Or, buy a home inside the designated area below and you could receive $30,000 in down payment assistance. If you already own a home within the designated area below, you can use Anchor Housing funds to make exterior home repairs.
