April 19, 2024 - INHP and Onyx + East are holding subcontractor bidding information sessions for the 33-unit Arnold Place townhome development at 2444 Winthrop Ave. 

The townhomes will consist of market rate and affordable housing available to those earning up to 80% of the area median income. Learn more about the Arnold Place townhomes here.
