How INHP safeguards your data

INHP is a not-for-profit organization, yes. But our top priority is safeguarding our clients’ data. So any personal or financial information you share with us, stays secure with us.

Whenever you apply for a mortgage loan at a bank, INHP or other lender, you are required to provide information about your work, income sources and other personal data. Your lender also will access your credit information from outside sources, such as credit bureaus. It’s essential that this data remains private to reduce your risk of identity theft, financial loss or other criminal activity. This is why banks – and INHP – employ strict security measures.

Here are a few of the safeguards INHP has in place to keep your information secure:

  • Electronic data security – Our secure website and customer relationship management system are equipped to collect and share personal information, upload documents and make transactions with the safety of encryption, and only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy and Electronic Consent to learn more. Another important note: INHP does not share or sell your personal information with outside companies.
  • Employee and Third-Party Security – INHP employees go through a background check before joining our team and only select few employees have access to sensitive information after they pass yearly security training. We also ensure other organizations we may work with have appropriate security measures in place and pass routine security audits.
  • Physical Security – Our office, as well as any paper files, are in a secure building with a security guard on site.

Take the first steptoward homeownership by getting pre-approved for an INHP mortgage loan today.
