INHP’s registration process: A personalized approach

The beginning of your path to homeownership is an important milestone, and at INHP, we know how unique it is to you. That is why we believe it’s essential to provide a personalized approach when you register at

Our comprehensive registration process helps us do several things at once: Assemble your INHP team, begin to understand your financial picture and determine your eligibility across all our programs. It includes a short quiz, an online registration form and document collection all in an effort to serve you best. 


Your journey begins with a short, five-question quiz designed to help us determine if you’re ready for INHP’s lending department or advising programs. Your answers will help paint a picture of your finances so we know which INHP team member to pair you with who will be most effective at developing a plan for you.


After you complete the quiz, the next step is to fill out a registration form. This step will help us complete your profile for your INHP team member to get to know you. 


Once you complete the online form, we’ll ask you to upload documents in the following categories within FIVE DAYS to keep the process moving forward. You will receive email reminders with a link to easily upload them to your profile:

  • Identification documents like a state-issued I.D.
  • Income verification like W-2’s
  • Asset documents like bank statements
  • Declarations for a home loan application

We understand this may seem like a quick turnaround, but providing these documents upfront allows us to quickly and efficiently contact you and keep you moving toward your goal.
