Leveraging a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., INHP spent five years deploying $26.6 million into Marion County.

 

This summary report provides an analysis behind our goals and objectives, and the outcomes that were experienced as a result of this transformational opportunity.

MILESTONES: 5 YEARS IN THE MAKING

Through listening to the community, INHP launched a first-of-its-kind loan product in Marion County in 2021.

 

The pilot program also garnered national support when it was awarded a $525,000 grant from the CDFI Fund, administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury.

RENT-FOCUSED MORTGAGE LENDING

INHP was selected as one of 28 organizations that would be supported through Lilly Endowment Inc.'s Enhancing Opportunity in Indianapolis initiative.

 

Three new housing solutions were developed to support seven partner organizations' economic mobility program.

Client Brandi became the 50th homebuyer to purchase an affordable home INHP has been developing since 2017.

 

Brandi's homeownership journey was captured in the news as we celebrated her and all the clients who benefited from this key INHP strategy.

SPOTLIGHT ON OUR 50th HOME

INHP 1274

INHP is a 501(c)(3) organization serving individuals and families earning up to 120% of the area median income (AMI).

 

This data reflects all clients who closed on a home purchase or home repair loan with the help of INHP.

INHP seeks research and data to explore the many aspects of housing stability, homeownership and and the intersection of housing and the evolving needs of our community.
